1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days or more depending on your location after payment is confirmed. 
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Other States in Nigeria 3-5 business days ₦3,500 - ₦5,000

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email/SMS. You can track your package through the courier’s website.
4. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. DREAMSCOPE is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
1.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
2. We’ll work with the courier to resolve it and send a replacement or refund
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or nobody to receive it, the courier may charge a redelivery fee.
